Group Guidance

At Home, at school, In the Community

Pearl Groups helps students recognize the strength and wisdom within them—and learn how to let those qualities shine at school, at home, with friends, and in their communities. Through exploration that informs, expression that frees, and discussion that builds voice and empathy, participants uncover their strengths, values, motivation, and sense of belonging.

Pearl partners with schools and community organizations, such as housing complexes and community centers, to deliver this work directly to students where they are. By providing students with adults who see the best in them, they can try out the tools they learn and explore new ways of being, supported by trusted adults in various aspects of their lives.

Pearl in Motion

We come to you

Our trained Pearl Facilitators lead groups, workshops, or coaching sessions on site—during the school day, before team practices, at camps, or in after-school programs.

These sessions weave self-discovery and social-emotional learning into spaces youth already know and trust.

We train your team to lead the work

Equip your own staff, teachers, or coaches to bring Pearl to life with the students they know best.

Our facilitator training blends coaching tools, trauma-informed practices, and creative exploration so the work continues long after we leave.

the team

The magic is in the team that makes this work possible. These Pearl facilitators work in various group settings at schools, at apartment buildings, and at community centers.

We are always looking for caring, creative leaders to join our facilitator network.

If you’re passionate about helping youth be seen and heard, we’d love to meet you.
