Pearl

Is a non-profit dedicated to helping young people feel seen, heard, and understood

Pearl began with a question:

What brings out the best in youth?

We believe that when students discover their strengths and inner wisdom, they become equipped to shine the best version of themselves out into the world.

We believe that all students can benefit from understanding themselves more deeply — and that peers, teachers, and families grow when they gain insights into the young people they care about.

Through reflection, art, and discussion, youth uncover their strengths and wisdom in Pearl—and learn how to let those qualities shine at school, at home, and in their community.

At the heart of our work is the Pearl Process, a three-step journey: Explore, Create, and Articulate. Using guided journals and reflective discussion, students explore who they are, create ways to express it, and articulate their voice in school, home, and community settings. Whether in personal coaching, group guidance, or classroom insights, the Pearl Process helps students and adults build empathy, connection, and confidence.
